"I already love this office after just a few days with them! While I have been a State Farm customer for years, it has been with a different agent other than Gary. There have been some serious issues going on with the other longtime agent I've had, like failure to record payments that have been dropped off in person to his office, along with some wrong information on my homeowners policy that I have been asking for years to be corrected, with no results. The old office was also hard to get hold of because rarely was a phone call returned, and emails were never responded to. While I wasn't interested in leaving State Farm, the time had finally come to go with a different agent. I had been asking around, and Gary Thompson's office, along with Breanna, came highly recommended to me from someone I know. I made the call to them and got the switch process started. In just these last 2 days of speaking with me, they have been extremely responsive with both phone calls and text messages, in getting back with me on everything. They've gotten me switched over to their office, and have already gone over with me all 3 of my different policies I have with State Farm. Breanna even called this morning to tell me she thinks she has the homeowner's policy fixed and corrected after I've spent since 2017 trying to get it done through the other office. That is real service! I am so happy I finally made the switch. I should have done it a long time ago! Their customer service and response time has been fantastic and hasn't left me disappointed so far!"
