We have been several other places where the staff will ignore the kids when they try to talk to them and aren't very helpful so for her to be so kind and kid friendly was great! "Nearing my 30s and this is the only insurance provider Ive ever had! And it’s a good one. Bev and bri do an amazing job day in day out.
